How The Epic Adventures of Dob-Bee & Oliver Began

It all started in the lounge – as most of my chaos does. I began “giving” my dogs, Dob-Bee and Oliver, their own little personalities and voices. Before long, they weren’t just dogs anymore… they were full-blown characters running their own comedy show in my house.

Friends and family couldn’t stop laughing at their daily antics and kept saying, “You have to write these down!” So I did. Every ridiculous, heart-warming, and downright unexplainable moment. What started as a few funny notes soon turned into short stories that grew legs and tails of their own.

Then came the big step – I teamed up with a publishing firm called Beyond the Vale, and within just eight months, the first book of “The Epic Adventures of Dob-Bee & Oliver” was born!

Since then, things have taken off faster than Dob-Bee spotting a hadeda. With an incredible marketing team behind me and a growing social media following, the stories have become a hit.

These days, I’m booked out for book signings every weekend (and even during the week!) all the way through to the end of November 2025.

It’s been a wild, funny, and heart-filled journey – and we’re just getting started. Our goal? To make readers laugh, smile, and maybe see their own pets a little differently – because behind every wag, bark, and side-eye… there’s probably a story waiting to be told.

Dob-Bee’s Paw-some Plea

Hi, it’s me - Dob-Bee, Queen of Everything (unofficial title, totally real crown). So there I was, strutting through the park - because, you know, I own it - when suddenly WHAM, I got scooped up. Can you believe it? They actually caught me. Like, excuse me?

Do they not know who I am? Next thing, I’m in the SPCA’s so-called “VIP section”. Yay for me, free spa day! And thank goodness for my microchip - beep-beep, scanned like a packet of Nibble-Naks, and straight back to Dad I went.

Now here’s the deal: if you don’t chip your pets, how will they ever make it back from their glamorous surprise holidays like I did? Snip them too - because, trust me, the world does not need a hundred Dob-Bees (even though we would totally run the place better). And hey, why not adopt or foster? Instant upgrade to your life. You think Streamflix is entertaining? Try living with a four-legged drama factory. And listen, if even one waggy tail gets saved because you listened to me, that’s awesome. But why stop at one? Go wild, hoomans. Rescue, foster, adopt, snip, chip. Fill the world with so many happy tails that even when I can’t keep up with the chaos. Okay, fine... I could keep up, but it would take extra nummies.
